Happy Friday all! 

We have had a great day investigating water transportation in plants and creating pneumatic systems. 

PE Timetable 

Monday (30 mins) 1:15pm [trainers only].

Wednesday (swimming) 11-12 [swimming kit].

Thursday (summer sports) - 2:15pm-3:15pm [PE kit].

Half term project (due w/c 20th May)

This half term I would like you to create a non-chronological report. This can be on any subject. The children have recently finished a non-chronological report on The Romans. They really enjoyed researching and compiling their information together. This could be displayed as a book, a poster, or written on lined paper. 

Next Week 

English - We will finish our letter and start our narrative topic.  

Maths - Fractions of an amount. 

Science - We will explore the part that flowers play in the life cycle of flowering plants, including pollination, seed formation and seed dispersal.

PSHE - We will explain how some of the actions and work of people around the world help and influence my life.

Computing - Creating branching databases online. 

History - To find out about how rail travel changed the lives of people living in Britain since 1830.

D&T - To be able to gather ideas for creating moving monsters.
