Happy Easter everyone! 

What a half term we have had - an outstanding production, PGL, a church visit and all the learning we have been doing in class. I am so incredibly proud of you all for your achievements. 

Swimming

The children have their swimming lessons each Wednesday. Please send your child in with either a swimming costume or shorts – no bikinis, please.  (If the children come in wearing their swimming things under their uniform, please pack spare underwear for when they get changed after their swimming lesson).

Monday (30 mins) 1:15pm
Wednesday (swimming) 11-12
Thursday (football) - 2:15pm-3:15pm 

Half-term task (optional)

Make Roman biscuits! Feel free to take a picture and bring the picture into school (or email the picture to ndavis@littleheath.herts.sch.uk)

(Makes 40-50 biscuits)

Ingredients

240 g
Butter
2 Tbsp
Honey
1 cup
Sugar
2 cups
Flour
1 tsp
Baking soda
Directions
1.     Heat oven to 180C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
2.     Place butter, honey and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and stir until butter melts and sugar has dissolved.
3.     Remove from heat, stir in flour and baking soda to form a dough.
4.     Place small teaspoonful balls of biscuit dough on to trays. Bake for 10-12 minutes
