W/C 17/01/22 outdoor clubs are commencing. 

Half Termly Project - Design a game

(Science and D&T) 

I would like you to design and create a game. The game may include the one or all topics we have covered in science so far (animals including humans, forces and magnets, and light). You may want it to be a board game, a quiz show, you could create an online game, a card game - please be as creative as you want to be!

Next Week 

Maths - Addition and subtraction multi-step word problems. 

English - We will be continuing our topic of recounts where the children will be writing a newspaper report based on Jon Scieszka's The True Story of the 3 Little Pigs. 

Science - We will be investigating light and reflection. 

RE - Hajj (the pilgrimage to Makkah).  

Geography - To learn about physical and human features of our local area.

D&T - Plan the stages of making the project. 

ICT - Exploring PowerPoint.
