Hello all!
The children had a very short week and this has eased them
into their routine. It was a long break and the children have returned with a
great attitude.
School jotter – today I have sent the children home with a
letter about Little Heath’s new app, School Jotter. This is a free app that has
all information in one place. The letter contains your username
and password to use this app. Should you have any questions, please contact the
school office and they will be happy to help.

will be next Tuesday 30th April.
Mrs Nixon has asked the children to bring in their blue
maths record on Monday. Please can I encourage you to let the children go onto
their mathletics program (in addition with their reading and spellings).
All clubs will start again next week.
Next week
Maths – In maths we will be continuing our fractions topic
and looking at adding and subtracting fractions.
English – In English we are going to start our persuasive
writing topic. For the first week we will be looking at adverts and the
language used to persuade an audience.
Science – In science we will be looking at different types
of rocks.
RE – In RE we will be looking at the place of worship for
Muslims.
History – Our topic this half term is the railway
revolution. Our first lesson will be about the industrial revolution.
ICT – The children will be programming Beebots and debugging
their programs.
