Hello all,
Next week is Anti–Bullying Week. We would like the children to wear odd socks to school with their normal uniform for ‘Odd Socks Day’ on Monday which the anti- bullying alliance like to hold to help the children remember the importance of not bullying.
Children in Need
Next Friday we are celebrating Children in Need as a school. The children are invited wear something spotty.
Home Learning Project – Due Friday 16th December (Can be brought in from Monday 12th)
History – Prehistoric Britain
This half termly project is Prehistoric Britain.
I would like you to create something that shows your learning around this topic. Please feel free to be as imaginative as you would like! You could focus on subjects such as the stone age (Paleolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic age), the metal ages (Bronze and Iron), the Celts, life in Britain, food, houses, Stonehenge, etc.

Maths - Mental addition methods for adding 2 and 3 digit numbers.
English - Instruction writing.
Science - We will start our new topic, forces.
D&T - We will be learning how to backstitch. (Pre-learning would be appreciated)
History - We will be learning about the Neolithic period.
ICT - Using Word and saving documents.
